Overhead Tripper Belt Conveyors
Gravity Tripper
Waconia Manufacturing’s unique 3-way tripper uses gravity to distribute fertilizer to the right, left, or back onto the belt for distribution off of the end of the conveyor.
Powered Tripslinger
The Waconia Tripslinger is a good choice when low positioning of the conveyor makes throwing the fertilizer forward and back into the bin a necessity.
Overhead Shuttle Belt Conveyors
The Waconia Shuttle conveyor is a popular way to fill fertilizer bins. Approximately one-half the length of the warehouse, the conveyor rolls back and forth over the bins. The belt reverses direction of travel, allowing fertilizer to be discharged off either end of the conveyor. That way, any bin can be filled through a combination of rolling the conveyor and reversing the direction of belt travel. Our Shuttle conveyors are built in 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”, 42”, and 48” widths.
The overhead tripper conveyors are available in mild or stainless steel. PVC tri-rollers are utilized for 
low-power requirements. The conveyors are very low maintenance and provide a long life expectancy. Conveyors utilizing PVC tri-rollers are available in 18” and 24” belt widths. CEMA-rated troughing rollers are utilized with 24” belt widths and larger.
Industrial Belt Conveyors
Waconia manufactures a wide variety of industrial belt conveyors. Standard widths are 24″, 30″, 36″, 42″ and 48″. Larger widths are available on request.
We also offer a wide variety of tripping devices for industrial use, including one or two-way gravity units, and SB powered tripslingers.
Any of your industrial belt conveyors can be built out of painted mild steel, galvanized steel, or stainless steel.
