Hensall District is a very progressive, industry leading coop in southern Ontario. Approximatly 30 years ago they installed a 90 Ton Waconia blend tower at their old location in the town of Ailsa Craig. They ran this tower through last fall. This past winter/spring they installed a new fertilizer plant and 150 ton blend tower at their new location outside of town.
Receiving consists of a truck receiving drag conveyor, elevator leg and over bin shuttle conveyor with 150 TPH capacity.
A 150 TPH reclaim system consisting of an in-floor drag conveyor and elevator leg that feeds a 150 ton blend tower with (1) 10 ton vertical blender for high capacity blending and load-out.
